Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.

Currently, US Passport holders will receive VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai on May 24, 2025. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on May 23, 2025. You should also schedule your departure flight for May 28, 2025.
